How it works

The onboarding process

Speak to us:

Have a chat with us and tell us what type of staff you’re looking for. We’ll listen and tell you how this could work for your business, including the costs.

We’ll also tell you if we don’t think it would work for your business.

Recruitment:

After giving the green light, we will set out to recruit your desired amount of candidates with the skillset and experience needed set out by you.

We suggest 3-5 candidates per position but that’s up to you.

ReGen Interviews:

After being vetted by our team in South Africa, the selected candidates will then undergo a 30-40 minute Zoom interview with the UK team.

Only the best candidates will be put forward for your consideration.

Your Interview:

You can now carry out your interview process. All candidates will be sent to you with CVs, notes from previous interviews along with our feedback.

You can interview as many candidates as needed.

Start Date:

Once happy, we will send your candidates a job offer and go through all the legalities. The start date will be a date of your choosing.

A Service Agreement will be sent to you before the start date.

Ongoing Support:

The staff will be employed by our South African business but contracted to work in line with your duties, hours and processes.

We will take care of all HR related issues in line with South African law.
